We placed an order with this company on 13/02. It reached DHL on 14/02. Sadly, it just sat there, despite daily assurances of ‘it’ll be delivered tomorrow’. We reached out to GG regarding the non-delivery. The phone was picked up right away, and their reply was spot on. They kept in touch over several days before sending out a duplicate order for next-day delivery. Our package showed up bright and early this morning. Huge thanks to Shani. Fantastic customer service and unbeatable prices. Would for sure recommend and come back for more shopping.

Come Friday, I didn’t hear a peep from DHL until 10pm, when I received a message saying my order couldn’t be delivered and would arrive on the next working day. That meant I’d have to wait until Monday, which was a bummer since I had baking plans with my family. I reached out to Gerald Giles, and they got back to me pretty fast with an apology. They even refunded the extra charge for the Next Day delivery.

The order did show up on Monday, and I was really happy with it. I guess the takeaway here is that Gerald Giles is serious about their business, but delivery services are struggling a bit with the higher demand.

Exceeded my expectations! I called to check if they had any Dyson fans available. They had just gotten a shipment but only had four remaining. I was urged to place my order fast, which I did. They mentioned that the courier picks up deliveries at 2:30 pm. I placed my order for the fan at 2:15 pm on Thursday, and it still got shipped out the same day. It showed up in Chelmsford the next morning. I wasn’t expecting it until Monday, so that was a nice surprise. Alex and the team were super helpful.
